About the Founder

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Skills Development, and organisational compliance, Aletta Mashile founded YOUR360 People Function to help organisations build workplaces where structure and inclusion drive performance together.

Throughout her career, she noticed a recurring challenge: many organisations meet compliance requirements, yet their systems are not designed for how people actually think, work, and contribute.
